Our core focus is the sale of long term passive blue chip neighbourhood and sub-regional shopping centres, single tenanted supermarkets and liquor stores, medical, office which often include government tenants and multi-national entities, large format retail, petrol stations, fuel convenience centres, industrial and childcare centre investments.
Whilst the properties that we sell are mainly on the passive end we do have a number of value add/core value properties for sale to suit specific purchasing mandates.
