Marc Leiba is the founder & managing director of Leiba Commercial, a boutique commercial real estate agency specialising in off market transactions. Marc commenced his real estate career in 2006 at Fitzroy's, a highly recognised Melbourne CBD commercial real estate firm. After 6 years of experience at Fitzroy's Marc founded Leiba Commercial after realising there was strong demand for long term passive and value add property investments that could be sourced and sold off market. His strong networks, personal approach and ability to source opportunities off market has strategically brought vendors and purchasers together to transact off market which is often a more acceptable approach for both parties.
B.Bus (Monash), Accounting & Finance
Jonathan completed his double degree at Monash University and was subsequently hired by Deloitte as a graduate in their Assurance and Advisory division. After his time at Deloitte had concluded Jonathan was actively involved in the building of a highly successful technology start up company where he was responsible for lead generation, customer retention and increasing sales. It was during this period that Jonathan excelled as a sales person and begun to take an interest in Real Estate. Since coming on board Jonathan is responsible for the business development at Leiba Commercial and maintaining the on going business relationships between Leiba Commercial and its many clients.
B.Bus (Monash), Management & Marketing
Justin completed his Bachelor of Business degree at Monash University in 2016 and soon after he joined iSelect in the health insurance sales team where he was writing well over a quarter of a million dollars in health insurance premiums on a monthly basis. During his time at iSelect he stepped up to become a team leader and was responsible for training new staff members. After spending just under three years at iSelect, Justin showed a very strong interest in real estate and was keen to transfer his sales skills and knowledge from one field to the next. After completing his agents representative course at REIV, Justin joined Leiba Commercial and is quickly learning the ropes through the excellent guidance of both Jonathan Rosenthal and Marc Leiba. He is responsible for business development and building long term relationships with new and existing clients.
