HARMONY Property Syndication has acquired a Big W and Woolworths supermarket retail centre in Gawler, north of Adelaide, for $32.05 million. The Adelaide-based syndicator purchased the site from Gawler Property Holdings in an off-market deal negotiated by Leiba Commercial.
55-67 Frankston - Dandenong Rd, Dandenong South 3175, VIC
Brisbane-based Sentinel Property Group has beefed up its Melbourne portfolio acquiring a large format retail centre in Dandenong for $29.8 million. The busy property syndicator has picked up the fully-leased Home Quarter complex in Melbourne's south-east, anchored by nine national retail tenants. The deal was negotiated by Leiba Commercial's Marc Leiba. It is Sentinel's third retail acquisition in Melbourne.

GDI Property Group, announced it has exchanged contracts to acquire 80 George Street, Parramatta for $38.7 million, through Marc Leiba of Leiba Commercial.

The fully leased neighbourhood complex is anchored by a 3200-square-metre Woolworths supermarket and also includes eight specialty shops covering 1000 square metres. A private investor purchased this through Marc Leiba of Leiba Commercial.
