Both properties were tenanted by Sonic Healthcare an ASX listed tenant from which the tenant currently provides medical and occupational health services from the clinic.


Leiba Commercial was instrumental in ensuring that the tenant exercised their option period early which then allowed for a sale to proceed to the incoming purchaser.


The sale of the West Perth medical centre is another specialised medical property that Leiba Commercial was able to sell off market.

The off-market sale of the Cowes Medical Centre was negotiated by Marc Leiba and Jonathan Rosenthal of Leiba Commercial in conjunction with Peter Daris of CPN Commercial Group.

Leiba Commercial sold the Wollongong medical centre via an off market process to a large medical fund. The 1,184 sqm property was anchored by Sonic Healthcare who is an ASX listed tenant. The property was sold with a new 15 year lease in place and was a perfect fit for the purchasers medical fund. Leiba Commerical achieved a very strong cap rate for the vendor.
